A mobile experience featuring an AI-powered conversational assistant for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, a major life transition that remains understudied, stigmatized, and poorly supported by existing digital tools.
This project spans the full product journey. The case study explores the user research, journey mapping, and onboarding design behind the experience, while the live app, prototyped and developed using Anthropic’s Claude, translates those insights into personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance through a hybrid AI–human system.
Built around trust, the AI Assistant serves as a transparent intermediary, delivering evidence-based recommendations across 20+ menopause-related symptoms while adapting its tone and support to each user’s needs and emotional state.
